What the J12 mock covers
The real CII J12 exam uses 75 questions in 2 hours (65% pass mark): 60 standalone multiple-choice questions plus 3 case studies, each with 5 single-answer questions. Every question has four options and one best answer.
These practice questions are original. They are not official CII papers, and this site is not affiliated with the Chartered Insurance Institute.
The mock follows the 2026/27 test specification. Learning outcome 1 is the largest block, at about 39 questions, and learning outcome 6 is the 15-question case-study block.
